Archaeology at Brauron, churches on the bay, and the Olympic venues of 2004.

The Archaeological Museum of Brauron holds the finds from the sanctuary and makes the site legible: votive statues of children, reliefs, and everyday objects from the cult of Artemis.

Around the bay and in the town, small churches and chapels mark the rhythm of the year, and the Olympic Equestrian Centre built for the 2004 Games gives the plain an unexpected modern landmark.
